Shipping

All our items will be shipped within 1 or 3 days after we receive notification of your payment.

Buyer pays shipping and optional insurance. Money order or cashiers check will ship on receipt, as will payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or via paypal. Personal checks will need 10 days to clear.

We are not responsible for the transit time. We'll send you notification of shipment as soon as your items have been taken to the post office.

Returns

The items in this store can be return for a credit store or refund, As long as the items are returned in the same excellent condition that they were received within 12 days from purchase.
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE, under any circumstances!

Backorders / Out of Stock / Special Requests

If you tried to purchase an item that is marked as backorder or out of stock, you can still place your order, as soon as we get notification of your purchase, we will place your order with our silversmiths in Mexico.
Please notice that all our silver jewelry is handmade, that's why we will take within 2 to 3 weeks to ship the item to you.
In some cases we can deliver sooner if the item(s) is already made and available at our workshops  in Mexico, but we will always keep you inform about availability and waiting time.
The same will happen when you order a specific piece with a different gemstone or different size than advertise on the specific listing. The same procedure will be applied as in backorders or out of stock items.
