Dear customers

Due to new fees and regulations for international shipping, I am forced to change companies for all my international packages. I used to work with the United States Postal Service (USPS) but we have had issues where the merchandise is not protected, lost in traffic and according to the usps jewelry is prohibited merchandise, therefore if a package is lost or damage, USPS won't pay any money back, even if you had paid for insurance on that merchandise. so for those very important reasons, we decided not to use this service for our international shipping anymore even though the cost was lower this way.

Our best option for these packages is to use UPS, it's a more reliable service, but more expensive too. Some international costumers had complaint on the new shipping charges, but I think it's worth it at the end
and best for us and you as costumers, everybody would be protected in case of a lost or damage package. This service will provide also a tracking number so nobody has to guess where the package is and when will it reach its destination. Great tool that allow us to give you a better service and you as costumer to have
peace of mind, knowing where your package is at all times.

In order to use this service for your  shipping needs, please contact us, we will get you the estimate cost within 1 day (or sooner if possible). We will give preference to UPS but if the cost for shipping to your country is cheaper by FEDEX, then we will let you know too. Also if you have an account with either one of these companies, please let us know, in some occasions account members can get lower fees.

We ship everywhere where UPS or FEDEX delivers, so please let us know where you want your package to be sent and we will get you all the necessary information to assure that your package get there in one piece and in excellent condition. Also, we always insured all our merchandise before we send it, this charge depends on the merchandise value. This will allow you to recover the money that you paid for your merchandise, in case the package is lost or damage in traffic.

We apologize for the waiting time to get you a shipping estimate to your country, but we want to charge a fair cost and since all packages are different and the cost depends not only on the size of the package
but weight and the location as well, the prices can vary widely.
