They are made from the original Margot molds, made by Luis Villarreal Rodriguez, grandson of Señor Melesio Rodriguez Villalba. Who worked with Margot Van Voorhies Carr for 24 years, and now, at his 73 years of age, he continues making these beautiful pieces of jewelry and teaching newer generations of silversmiths this ancient Mexican art.

These earrings are sterling silver, completely handmade. They are a classic design, by Margot, introduced in the early 1960's. Beautiful and so elegant pieces of jewelry, that are impossible to miss, a real work of art. This silver earrings carry that special look that only the silver jewelry from Mexico can offer. They're beautifully finished and handcrafted, they also carry the Melesio's grandson hallmark, as "Luis Villarreal Rodriguez"
