Import out of Taxco, Mexico.
This is a beautiful and charming piece, with a very nice inlaid work, that shows a wonderful contrast, between the silver edges and natural malachite background.
This silver spiral wave is a pin, with its extra hook that can make it pendant too. It has the "old Taxco" charm and beautiful ancient look. It is a solid, sturdy piece with a substantial weight for its size, and it is also handmade like most of my jewelry. The pendant-pin is in absolutely mint condition.
The silver pendant-pin is one and seven eighths inch wide, at its widest point and it is one and three quarter inches long.
The silver choker shown in my pictures is not included.
Take a closer look at our enriched selection of silver rings, bracelets, chokers, necklaces and earrings. These handmade pieces are like non other. They are very detailed and made to stand out from the rest. None of my Taxco Silver Jewelry pieces are the same.
The man who made the City of Taxco famous "William Spratling". We honor him because of his extraordinary design and silver-craft that molded handmade silver jewelry what it is today. Our diverse selection of silver jewelry is backed by an amazing story of Mexican artisans with great talent and the finest handcrafted jewelry. One of the greatest silversmiths known as "Hector Aguilar" has been a tremendous contributor to the silver jewelry industry that we are honored to offer our friends, family and online community. We believe that Hector Aguilar followed the lead of William Spratling.
