This silver necklace is a very classic piece from the "old Taxco" era. Beautiful piece of jewelry that combines nice elements and forms to create a stunning necklace. This Mexican necklace carries all the old Taxco features as well as its very well known ancient style.

This piece has mainly, a natural Malachite inlaid. But also you can find some other kind of little natural stones in the necklace, like Turquosie, Agate, Crisocola etc. Everything is put together in tiny little pieces all over the inlaid.

The pre-Columbian motif on this sterling silver necklace is beautiful and gives it a very powerful look. The Taxco necklace is not a brand new piece, it is from the early 1980's.
It is also a sturdy, solid silver necklace, with a substantial weight, of 159 grams (5.1 ounces). The necklace is in absolutely mint condition.

This silver necklace is one inch wide and eighteen and three quarter inches long.
