Beautiful fashion jewelry, with excellent workmanship and beautifully finished.

Handmade necklace that has some of the "old Taxco" features and made in the same tradition too. The design on this jewel took lots of creativity and here is the end result. A unique stylized snake.
The whole piece is worked in such a way, to make it look like full of scales, the metal is carved and it gives a nice decorative look to the whole composition. This design also, has a nice ethnic mixture, that combines some of the Aztecs features, found in ancient architecture and of course, more contemporary elements that can  be found often in jewelry nowadays.
The piece is joined by little hidden bolts, which makes the piece very flexible and comfortable to wear. It is also made with solid sterling silver, that's why its weight is substantial, with a total of 152 grams (4.8 ounces).

The snake's head is the nicest touch, that finishes the design in a very artistic way with a beautiful tongue sticking out of the snake's mouth.
This piece is also marked with the artist's initials, "aja". This piece is in absolutely mint condition.

The necklace is one inch wide, at its widest point and it has a wearable length of seventeen and a half inches.
