Please read this description carefully. It will contain the information associating these magnificent pieces of jewelry with the man who was responsible for the execution of so many Margot de Taxco's designs and some other masters from the "Old Taxco era" like this magnificent piece, designed by Hector Aguilar and handmade from the original molds.
Melesio Rodriguez Villalba, who worked with Margot Van Voorhies Carr for 24 years, and now, at his 74 years of age, he continues making these beautiful pieces. His artist's registry number is widely recognized as one of just a handfull masters silversmiths that still work creating these amazing and artistic pieces of jewelry. He's now teaching this incredible art to younger generations of Taxco's silversmiths like his own grandson that now, helps him in the creation of this of jewelry.

These pierced earrings are solid sterling silver. It is a classic design, by Hector Aguilar, first introduced in the early 1960's. Gorgeous pieces of jewelry, inspired primarily by Aztec art, pre-Columbian images  that show an ancient and nice nature motif, each silver block displays a wonderful carved work that imitates a stylized  wild flower. This handcrafted silver earrings are Beautifully finished with an incredible appearance that will take everybody's attention right away, without a doubt .
 

This Mexican sterling silver earrings are one and a quarter inch wide and one and a half inch long.
