The wonderful slide on this bolo tie, is a Mayan profile with a decorated head dress. it's nicely detailed and the Jade stone just contrasts beautifully with all the elements used in this composition.
The centerpiece and the tips are solid sterling silver, making of this bolo tie substantial in weight.
This piece was made in the mid 1970's, it carries the "los Ballesteros" hallmark and it has never been worn. You can still find remnants of the original patina in the crevices. It is also in absolutely mint condition.
The silver and stone slide is one and a half inch wide, at its widest point and it is also two inches long.
